We went to Cambridge today, as we usually do on our wedding
anniversary; a sightseeing day, definitely no shopping.
We started at The Green Coffee Company café with coffee and toasted
cheese sandwiches; they have gluten free bread. Then we had a walk around
taking pictures, before lunch (and cake for me) at the University Centre. More
walking and photography then took place until we reached Green Street where my
husband went into ‘Open Air’ to buy some torches.
On our way home we stopped at Scotsdales Garden Centre for more
cake and coffee although I did not have any cake or coffee, but a hot chocolate
with marshmallows.In Cambridge, lots of people were feeding the ducks and this swan
on the River Cam and I tried to get a picture of a swan with its mouth open,
catching bread. This is as close as I got, with the bread whizzing by its head;
no motion blur though. The rest are on Flickr.
